Product Lead At Domu.ai, we're building the agentic infrastructure for the future of the world's largest financial institutions. We're hitting problems most startups never encounter: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, and building regulatory frameworks in the US. The role As a Product Lead you'll.....

  • Own the expansion motion across existing Fortune 500 and enterprise clients: identify upsell signals, build the business case, and close expansion revenue.
  • Be the connective tissue between product and clients: you'll translate what clients need into product feedback and what product builds into commercial opportunities.
  • Lead and systematize the customer success function: create playbooks, define the high bar for client success, and help scale it beyond a single point of failure
  • Source, qualify, and develop new market opportunities, new verticals, new geographies, and new partnership channels
  • Sit at the intersection of revenue, client success, and strategic expansion. This isn't a traditional sales or account management role.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in growth, partnerships, business development, or a hybrid TAM/strategic account role
  • Experience at a Series A or similar hypergrowth startup, you've felt the chaos, the pace, and the stakes
  • Strong commercial instincts: you can build a business case, run a discovery call with a compliance officer, and close a deal with a CTO
  • Ability to work across functions: you can translate client pain into a Linear ticket and a product roadmap item
  • High bar for quality and detail, our clients are banks and fintechs.
  • High agency, high accountability

Extras We'd Be Excited About

  • Experience in fintech, consulting, debt collection, financial services, or regulated industries
  • Background in McKinsey, IB, or top-tier consulting.
  • Experience building TAM or customer success functions from scratch, playbooks, onboarding, QA
  • Knowledge of voice AI or conversational AI platforms in production
  • You've been through the early stages of a startup before and you want that feeling again
