Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients and team members via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update office equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT and administrative teams to improve processes and workflows.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a help desk or office administration role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including day or night shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
