Position: Law Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$85–$135/hour Location:Remote Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic, end-to-end legal workflows to challenge current AI models.
- Grade agent performance in handling complex legal scenarios.
- Build scenarios for contract, commercial, compliance, regulatory, procurement, and litigation tasks.
- Evaluate contract drafting, redlining, regulatory analysis, and compliance program design.
- Collaborate asynchronously to enhance AI model performance and meet deadlines.
- Work independently on long, focused sessions to improve AI model outputs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- JD required; 3+ years practicing in relevant legal fields.
- Working fluency in contract drafting, regulatory analysis, and compliance.
- Proficient in reading and producing legal artifacts.
- Clear written communication with step-by-step legal reasoning.
