Deck Remodelers is a nationally recognized leader in outdoor living design and construction. We specialize in creating high-quality, custom outdoor spaces and are growing our remote team. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with strong SketchUp Pro and/or AutoCad experience to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed drawings and plans using SketchUp Pro
- Develop accurate 3D models based on design specifications
- Collaborate with the Project Development team to meet project requirements
- Revise drawings based on feedback from the Project Development Manager
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
- Meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Requirements
- SketchUp Pro and/or AutoCad proficiency (required)
- Minimum 5years of drafting experience (architectural or engineering preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and remote workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced SketchUp skills
- AutoCad
- Experience with 3D rendering
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
