Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior design and be proficient in utilizing design software Revit and Enscape. This role involves collaborating with clients and sales teams to create innovative designs that meet client needs while adhering to budget constraints. The Designer will play a crucial role in the modelling & drafting process, ensuring that all projects reflect our high standard of fulfillment. Duties

• Develop and present design concepts that align with client specifications and project goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
• Utilize software tools such as Revit, and Enscape to create detailed design plans and renderings.
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces and gather necessary information for design development.
• Manage project budgets effectively while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the build phase to ensure designs are executed accurately.
• Provide guidance on lighting selections and color schemes to enhance overall aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architectural design or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in design software including Revit and Enscape is essential.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in interior spaces.
• Experience in collaboration sales or working closely with sales teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of building processes and budgeting practices is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of design work.
