Responsibilities
- Maintain calm, empathy, and professionalism during emotional conversations
- Support approved prospects through electronic intake and onboarding steps
- Screen and qualify potential cases based on intake guidelines
- Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and text messages promptly
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented
- Schedule qualified leads for free case reviews with legal staff
- Enter and maintain client information within the CRM system
- Complete intake forms accurately and thoroughly
- Gather and document detailed information related to accidents or injuries

- Full time remote position aligned with Central Standard Time CST
- Fully bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- High volume intake environment handling calls, web submissions, and text messages
- Personal injury or legal intake experience is a strong plus at least 1-2 years
- Ability to manage confidential and emotionally sensitive information with professionalism
