Role Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. You’ll conduct both virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. You’ll also provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support, while staying engaged through team meetings and training. Qualifications:

• Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
