  • This is a contract to hire role. Please only apply if you are okay for a 3 month contract on a 1099 without benefits.
  • During the contract period the base pay and commissions are payable.
  • Past experience selling in Financial Services is a plus

Compensation:

  • This is a full-time contract to hire role on a 1099.
  • During the contract, your monthly pay will be $4,500 per month
  • On conversion as an employee, your base salary will be between $65,000 and $75,000
  • Variable: $25,000
  • OTE: Between $80,000 and $100,000

‍ They are looking for a hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their organization! This person will find new opportunities for growth and expansion related to website, portal and mobile application translation. SDRs will use various strategies, including cold calling, e-mailing, and networking, to connect with prospective clients or customers to set appointments for Account Executives. ‍ Objectives of this role:

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how their solutions meet customer needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage the founding team in next steps
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook

‍ Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the founding team
  • Report to Sales Leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
