What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of on-site data collection projects supporting user studies
- Build and manage detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely execution
- Oversee budget management, including forecasting and tracking expenditures
- Coordinate on-site logistics, including staffing, equipment, and participant flow
- Manage and support project team members, ensuring accountability and progress
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of project management experience in on-site data collection or user studies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Management, Economics, or Computer Science
- Strong time management, budget management, and client-facing presentation skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and field teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Working knowledge of Android and Apple devices for study execution
- Scrum Master experience or Agile project delivery experience
