- *Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a Farmer, Rancher, or Agricultural Manager.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.
- *Qualifications
- *Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Farmer, Rancher, or Agricultural Manager.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
- *Compensation & Legal
- We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Classified as an at-will contractor to Mercor.
- Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
