Collaborate with physicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals to drive evidence-based decision making. Analyze data and provide statistical insights to improve patient outcomes. Lead and manage a team of biostatisticians to ensure the accuracy and integrity of statistical analyses. Develop and implement statistical methodologies and procedures for data analysis. Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including physicians, researchers, and hospital leadership. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in biostatistics to continuously improve data analysis methods. Manage and maintain databases and data management systems for research projects and clinical trials. Train and mentor junior biostatisticians to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to data collection and analysis. Work closely with other departments to identify research needs and provide statistical support for projects. Participate in the development and review of research protocols and grant proposals. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support research projects and clinical trials. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all statistical analyses and data. Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives. Represent Wentworth-Douglass Hospital at conferences and other professional events to share research findings and promote the organization's reputation as a leader in healthcare.
