In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the safety and security of our organization and its stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the safety and security of the organization and its stakeholders. Create and maintain a culture of preparedness and resilience within the organization. Oversee and manage all aspects of public safety and emergency management. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate potential threats. Develop and maintain emergency response protocols and procedures. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and response during emergencies. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to public safety and emergency management. Manage and allocate budget and resources for public safety and emergency management initiatives. Lead and supervise a team of public safety and emergency management professionals. Conduct training and drills to prepare employees for potential emergencies. Serve as the main point of contact for all public safety and emergency management-related issues. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to public safety and emergency management. Develop and maintain relationships with local emergency response agencies. Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools to enhance public safety and emergency management efforts.
