This is a full-time, remote role for a Digital Specialist at Sparklight Advertising. The role involves developing and executing digital strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance metrics to ensure optimal results. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to align projects with business objectives, manage timelines, and maintain effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to monitor, measure, and optimize digital campaign performance Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work with clients and internal teams Proficient in developing and implementing effective digital strategies Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously Knowledge of digital marketing principles and platforms, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment Familiarity with data analytics tools and reporting platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred Core Competencies Committed: Values each and every customer, while working hard to keep their business and support our communities.
