Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our hungry customers, both over the phone and in person

  • Share our menu with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations to ensure they find the perfect pie
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service, from pre-rush prep to expediting delivery orders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our menu, products, and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
  • Perform other duties as required, including pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training a plus
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in a pizza or quick-service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and other restaurant software
