Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to support our manufacturing operations team. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with our manufacturing teams to understand and streamline production processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of production. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
* Process production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Collaborate with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Review, verify, and scan/attach batch records into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Assist the Inventory and Planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples
- Perform other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems
- Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
