Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

We're now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering unparalleled comfort and satisfaction to our customers.

Job Role:

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:

• Maintaining our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
• Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
• Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Schedule:

* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

• Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (excluding Wednesdays)

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year of experience
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and customer inquiries
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Familiarity with major cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• Accurate documentation skills to maintain our customer database (Service Titan)

• High-speed internet access
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
