Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide personalized support. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide world-class customer service to clients through inbound phone calls
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve customer issues
- Maintain regular and timely attendance, ensuring that customer calls are answered promptly
- Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard in all customer interactions
- Manage individual stress and composure in high-pressure situations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
* High School Diploma
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Able to Pass a Background Check
- Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
- 2 Years of customer Service Experience
