Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working overnight shifts from home in Illinois. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. With a strong focus on patient satisfaction and timely delivery, you'll be an integral part of our efforts to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

  • Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications and meet patient expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

  • Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour

  • Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
