Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience: Freshers welcome, but prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with diverse customers.
