Experienced Architectural Draftsperson
Job Overview - New York and New Jersey Candidates Preferred. We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Architecture design and proficiency in Auto Cad software. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and schematics that will guide the construction processes. Project Assignments by Registered Architects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. US Citizens and Green card Holders Apply only. Responsibilities
- Create detailed 2D drawings using software such as AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Work from home or Remotely.
- Draft layouts and designs that meet industry standards and regulations.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients.
- Ensure all designs are completed within project timelines.
- Go to Site and perform Field measurements with Laser.
Skills
- Proficiency in drafting software including Auto CAD.
- Ability to create clear and detailed drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
