The Role

As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers when they call at night. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, dispatching available technicians, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will be to ensure that our customers receive the help they need, whenever they need it. You'll work from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, enjoying a partially remote work arrangement that allows you to balance your work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls from customers and provide excellent customer service

• Dispatch available technicians to respond to customer requests
• Fill technicians in on job details and ensure they have all necessary information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technician dispatches
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth business operations
• Provide support to customers in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
