Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to understand their concerns, build trust, and position solutions that meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide empathetic responses
  • Providing information about their current plans and products, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services
  • Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with the customer's needs, and navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A positive personality with a desire to understand concerns, build trust, and position solutions with every customer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge, with the ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
  • A professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • The ability to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • A quiet, secured workspace with high-speed internet (at least 10 Mbps download speed) and a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone

  • A quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions
  • A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • A reliable computer with the necessary software and hardware to perform the job requirements

Additional Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a customer-focused personality and a desire to help people
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Be able to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
