Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Prompt recognition and greeting of internal and external customers
  • Friendly and courteous communication with customers in person or over the phone
  • Resolving customer issues with minimal supervision and following up in a timely fashion
  • Handling payments, financing, and refunds within company guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate records using available technology
  • Executing clerical service functions, including scheduling, routing, finalizing, and parts ordering
  • Updating and maintaining customer service reports and records
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A steady job history and 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a retail or furniture industry environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
