Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and more. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile

• Take orders and process payments efficiently, using our state-of-the-art technology
• Assemble orders and deliver food to customers in a timely manner
• Clean the dining room and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

* 16 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs
• Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work in a team environment
