As an Ecommerce Order Processing Support Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of online orders, as well as providing exceptional support to our members. Accurately process online orders in a timely manner to ensure prompt delivery to our members. Provide excellent customer service to members by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to online orders. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and tracking. Collaborate with various teams to ensure proper inventory management and fulfillment of online orders. Continuously monitor and update order statuses to ensure timely delivery and communicate any delays to members. Utilize various software and systems to input and track orders, troubleshoot issues, and generate reports. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist members with their inquiries and provide product recommendations. Uphold company policies and procedures related to online order processing and customer service. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new processes and procedures. Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute ideas for enhancing the online shopping experience for our members. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect our members' personal information. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our company and building strong relationships with members.
