RWE / RWD (Real World Evidence) Statistical Analyst/Statistician
The Statistical Analyst or Statistician plays a key role in support of real-world research projects. Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years’ experience in RWD
- Experience with specific RWD data assets
- Background (PhD or MA) in biostatistics, public health, epidemiology, or similar field
- Experience in delivering both ad-hoc (eg, feasibility counts) and full protocol-driven observational studies in the RWD space.
- In-depth experience with R or SAS
- Familiarity and hands-on programming experience with common commercially available RWD data assets, including administrative claims and electronic health records databases. For example: MarketScan, Optum, Flatiron, IQVIA
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders to shape analyses.
Nice-to-haves:
- Ability to program and/or validate code across multiple languages (eg, SAS and R)
- Experience with multiple therapeutic areas in the RWD space
