Remote Field Service Technician

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with high-pressure gas compressors, boosters, or related systems (500 psi or greater) required
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience with PSA nitrogen generation equipment preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance eligibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader; ability to use a laptop for service documentation and communication
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight and international trips
• Must be available to work weekdays, with flexibility for overtime as needed
• Preferred: Reside in the Western U.S. to support travel efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Travel to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance and service on nitrogen generation systems
• Troubleshoot and repair high-pressure compressor systems, including sensors, filters, and pneumatic components
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues onsite
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly in the company system
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, representing South-Tek with integrity
