What You Will Be Doing:

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customers, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle live chat customer support inquiries via website and social media channels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide detailed product information and guidance to customers
  • Assist customers with their purchasing process, including answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours availability per week

Hours and Location:

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
