As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using our internal systems and email to review and file legal documents. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
* Collaborating with our process servers teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of documentation
Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data entry and quality control. If you have:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* A high school diploma or GED required
* The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* The ability to type 40-50 WPM or more
