Trader Analyst – Solana, Memecoin
Job Description:
- Execute post-launch trading strategies using internal trading tools
- Manage liquidity provision, treasury allocation, and position sizing
- Monitor market structure, volatility, social sentiment, and liquidity flows
- Analyze token narratives, catalysts, influencer activity, and trading momentum
- Prepare trading reports, token analyses, and strategy updates
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Track PnL and support reporting processes
- Collaborate with trading and engineering teams to improve strategies and tooling
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 crypto market environment
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in trading, market making, Web3 research, or crypto markets
- Strong understanding of Solana ecosystem and memecoin trading dynamics
- Experience with liquidity strategy, market structure, and trading execution
- Familiarity with on-chain data, blockchain explorers, and market analytics tools
- Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Analytical mindset with a strong interest in crypto markets and trading psychology
- Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-moving environments
