Remote Appointment Setter (Full Time, Work From Home) $1,000 to $3,000 per week | Cold Calling | Spot On Roofing & Exteriors MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE APPOINTMENT SETTING Spot On Roofing is expanding fast, and we’re hiring full-time remote appointment setters to fuel our national growth. This role is for experienced SDRs, BDRs, and proven cold callers who can produce consistent weekly results. What You’ll Do
- Call homeowner leads nationwide
- Set qualified appointments for our local sales teams
- Update lead status and notes using our internal software
- Track production in Excel and Google Sheets daily
What You Need
- Your own laptop and a reliable headset
- Quiet workspace and strong internet
- Excellent communication skills and comfort on the phone
- Strong experience as an SDR, BDR, cold caller, or appointment setter
- High competence with Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to follow scripts, coaching, and KPIs
Compensation
- Top performers earn $1,000 to $3,000 per week
- Commission only
- You must maintain a minimum of $500 per week in production to remain active on the team
