You'll design territory strategies, leverage AI-powered insights, and partner closely with Account Executives to generate qualified pipeline. This role delivers real revenue impact and a clear path into Account Executive, Customer Success, or Sales Leadership. Grit & Resilience - You stay disciplined and persistent. Must be located in one of the following locations: Lowell, MA; Weston, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; or Denver, CO. We are open to hiring this position at various levels. Final job level and title will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and overall qualifications. 3+ years experience in outbound BDR or full-cycle sales roles Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Track record of exceeding prospecting activity and conversion targets Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling Executive-level storytelling and communication skills Exposure to structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler) Leadership potential and interest in mentoring others (optional)
