The Role

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into opportunities, driving revenue growth and fostering long-term relationships. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns. - Provide detailed information about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits. - Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients. - Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive revenue growth and foster long-term relationships. - Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback. - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. - Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. - Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

- Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. - Basic internet and window-based computer skills are essential, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change. - Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
