Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager to lead a team of entry-level ETL analysts and data entry professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, technical expertise in ETL processes, and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. As a Data Entry Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of data processes, providing technical guidance and support, and collaborating with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company's vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage a Team of Data Entry and Data Analyst Professionals: Oversee the daily activities of a team of data entry and data analyst professionals, ensuring the successful execution of data processes and projects. - Provide Hands-on Technical Guidance and Support: Offer technical guidance and support to team members, stepping in when necessary to ensure timely delivery of data projects and meet client expectations. - Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to align team efforts with the company's vision, ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated to achieve business goals. - Foster a Positive and Productive Work Environment: Manage diverse personalities within the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and growth. - Oversee the Use of Tools: Oversee the use of data management tools, with a preference for experience in GIS data tools but not required.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience Managing Data Teams: Possess proven experience managing data teams, ideally within data entry, data analysis, or ETL processes. Experience with GIS a huge plus. - Strong Technical Knowledge of ETL Tools and Processes: Have a strong technical knowledge of ETL tools and processes, with the ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills: Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and developing team members to achieve business goals. - Ability to Work with Diverse Personalities: Have the ability to work with diverse personalities and manage team dynamics effectively, promoting a positive and productive work environment. - Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed to ensure timely delivery of data projects. - Experience in Aligning Team Efforts with Organizational Goals: Have experience in aligning team efforts with organizational goals and leading with vision and purpose.
