Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers resolve their queries, and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Updating our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
  • Informing customers about new offers or services
  • Following up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing with technician teams
  • Overseeing the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the pool industry (a plus)
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
