Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Turkish and English, providing timely and accurate solutions to their issues

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring that each customer has a unique and positive experience
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and features to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Professional/business level proficiency in Turkish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably via inbound web messages
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously (3-5 customers at a time)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy
• Strong passion for music and a willingness to learn about arenaflex's products and services
