Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support to our internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, internal teams, and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and chat support

  • Perform high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist internal teams with administrative tasks, such as data management, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and data entry operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Requirements

* 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a customer support or data entry role

  • Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
  • Certification in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
