We continuously experiment, fail fast, and constantly deliver.YOU ARE: A seasoned Workday PRISM and Accounting Center Developer with over 5 years of experience in designing scalable PRISM pipelines and implementing complex transformations. Proficient in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate, you possess a strong background in financial systems. Your exceptional communication skills enable effective collaboration with stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. You thrive in fast-paced, tech-centric environments, adeptly managing multiple deadlines while delivering high-quality results.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:Workday PRISM Development:Design and manage scalable PRISM pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.Implement PRISM transformations (e.g., unpivot, group by, filter, rank, calculated fields) and data change tasks (DCTs).Accounting Center Management:Develop, configure, and optimize batch jobs and accounting center setups for financial reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve job failures promptly.Integration and Orchestration:Build and enhance Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and Orchestrate.Collaborate with teams to design and maintain seamless integration solutions.Data & Reporting (Preferred):Create advanced Workday reports and dashboards.Assist with security configurations to ensure compliance and data integrity.Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Communicate effectively regarding project updates and risks.YOU'LL BRING:5+ years in Workday PRISM and Accounting Center development.Proficiency in managing data lineage, batch jobs, and PRISM transformations.Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Orchestrate, Java, and AWS services.Experience in financial systems and exceptional communication skills are highly desirable.Experience working in a tech-centric, fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines.Proven ability to work successfully on projects that have high-level exposure, which may require presentation/demo to stakeholders.Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others.Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.Knowledge of Workday security and compliance best practices.WE OFFER:Competitive Compensation.Full Health Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance + Paid Parental Leave.Company-Matched 401k.Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Paid Volunteer Hours.Employee Resource Groups (Black Inclusion Group, Women in Leadership, PRIDE, Adelante).Employee Stock Purchase Program.Tuition Reimbursement.Charitable Gift Matching.Job-required equipment and services.Progressive Leasing welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
