Job Summary

As a Data Entry Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customs documentation and data entry into our operating system. You'll work closely with our Customs Brokerage team to verify documents, build customs declarations, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity

  • Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
  • Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, ensuring the build of a valid customs declaration
  • Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the success of our Customs Brokerage team

Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rates, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in the field of supply chain and logistics
  • Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and expertise to clients
