Part time Kids Director
Kids Director 15-20 hours per week | Liberty Church – Tavares Description The Liberty Kids Director is responsible for creating environments where children (birth–5th grade) can take their next step in following Jesus. This role leads the weekly Liberty Kids experience by recruiting, equipping, and supporting volunteers while ensuring classrooms and ministry environments are safe, organized, and engaging for every child and family Expectations

Responsibilities
- Lead Liberty Kids (birth–5th grade) each week
- Recruit, train, and schedule children's ministry volunteers
- Ensure classrooms are prepared and ready for children and volunteers
- Create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for kids and families
- Follow up with first-time guest families and support family engagement
- Coordinate children’s ministry involvement in special church events
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with church leadership
