Python Engineer (AI & Machine Learning Focus)

About The Role We are building a pipeline of Python Engineers with strong AI and Machine Learning experience to support current and upcoming projects across multiple clients and industries. This is not a traditional backend role; we look for engineers who actively work with AI-driven solutions, building real‑world applications using modern tools and frameworks. You will join a talent pool considered for high-impact opportunities involving AI integrations, data-driven systems, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems using Python for AI/ML-driven applications
• Build and integrate AI-powered features (LLMs, automation, data pipelines)
• Work with structured and unstructured data to generate insights and functionality
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Optimize models, workflows, and system performance
• Stay up to date with evolving AI tools and frameworks

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience working with Python in production environments
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks or tools
• Experience working with data processing, pipelines, or model integration
• Experience integrating or working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn, or similar frameworks
• Experience with RAG pipelines, agents, or automation workflows
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience working with APIs and backend systems
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
