Digital Enablement Manager – ServiceNow Modernization Responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow modernization initiatives, ensuring successful transition of fulfillers and submitters to upgraded modules and workflows.
  • Oversee digital enablement activities, including defining, developing, and executing resources required to support platform adoption.
  • Coordinate with technical, product, risk, legal, and security teams to ensure alignment on platform transformation.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption across impacted user groups.
  • Maintain compliance with brand and governance standards while managing all enablement and OCM materials.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to ServiceNow modules, fulfillment processes, and new digital workflows.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure readiness for modernization changes and address training or capability gaps.
  • Conduct impact assessments, track KPIs, and apply data insights to improve enablement outcomes.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience with digital enablement, OCM, or technology adoption initiatives.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow modules (for example, ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Knowledge, Request/Workflow Management).
  • Experience leading modernization or migration efforts within a large enterprise environment.
  • Ability to create compelling communications and educational content.
  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Must have ServiceNow background in:

  • LRMC – 50% Effort (high priority)
  • Security – 25% Effort
  • Will also need to work with CMDB and App Specific updates
