Responsibilities

As an Appointment Setter & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments for our sales team
  • Utilizing warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and build rapport
  • Communicating clearly and persuasively to explain our services and value proposition
  • Negotiating appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our designated software
  • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up processes
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies and appointment-setting techniques

Key Skills & Qualifications

* Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
  • Proven negotiation skills that lead to successful appointment generation
  • Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing client information is a plus
  • A background in business development or market research is advantageous but not required

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week
