Job Description

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and vendors on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing high-volume calls and emails, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries

  • Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes, and communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability
  • Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery
  • Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to minimize delays
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payment
  • Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, and sales

  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive work ethic and strong communication skills
  • Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with eCommerce software
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation
  • Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar industrial supply company or related industry

  • Knowledge of ERP and eCommerce software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with eCommerce software
