Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers in finding the products or services they need, and making recommendations to meet their needs
- Handling clerical duties such as customer files, contracts, and other administrative tasks
- Maintaining a positive and organized sales floor environment, including cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
- A strong desire to help customers and provide exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (arenaflex will provide training and tools to ensure your safety)
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience in a retail or sales environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
