Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job! We're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing exceptional service to our policyholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Functions

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma

  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Able to Pass a Background Check
  • Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
  • 2 Years of customer Service Experience
