Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our clients' trips, including air travel, accommodations, car rentals, theme park tickets, and more. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to create customized travel itineraries that meet their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Research destinations, weather, customs, and special activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations
- Book travel plans, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities, while taking advantage of wholesale pricing to offer the best deals to our clients
- Develop strong relationships with clients to gather information, book travel, and provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after their vacation
- Maintain accurate client records to facilitate repeat business and ensure seamless communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and special offers through daily training sessions and workshops
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve our services
Essential Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
- Be willing to learn and adapt to new situations, with a passion for helping others
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and ability to effectively utilize them for marketing and communication purposes
- Certification in travel industry, such as ARC or IATA, is a plus
