Your Role as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and making a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required Qualifications We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
