Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their healthcare plans. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing personalized support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

  • Experience in a healthcare-related field or industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
