RN- Homecare- (UAS Hybrid)
WCS is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a reputable Home Health organization performing Uniform Assessment System (UAS) assessments for a leading Medicaid assessment organization. This role involves conducting in-home field assessments with a hybrid schedule, offering three days on-site and two days remote each week. - Day Shift.
- Flexible hours -Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
- Conduct preliminary in-home evaluations for consumers.
- R eview assessments to determine if the correct conclusion for eligibility of services was reached by the nurse assessor.
- Collect data related to assessments and assessment outcomes.
- Examine each case for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze UAS recommended scores in relation to nurse assessor determinations.
- Conduct scheduled home visits with the nurse assessor.
- Examines data for outliers and researches such cases.
- Develop/complete reports that track and trend activities/outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Required Education NYS RN Licensure.
- 2 years of RN homecare experience required
- Must be able to travel to Brooklyn.
